Ad server start up in SF looking for Lead

I am currently searching for a SR Software Engineer, a Lead person.
The client is designing an aggregated ad server/platform.
This is an opportunity to be a Domain Expert in Digital Media/AD serving. Have ideas and new thoughts, be analytical.
This is a chance to make a difference and get the Product to the next level.
Use your strong Java skills to solve server-side performance, reliability and scalability issues.
Your expertise in OO design, RDBMS/SQL, warehousing, XML, design patterns, UML and solid SDLC shills will be put to good use.

You will be responsible for Architecting, designing, developing and delivery (soup-to-nuts) of the product.
Take a task and see it to the end.
Identify and integrate open source packages.

Work well in small teams.
Ability to communicate is a key.
This is an Agile environment.
